When you bring me on to project manage your build, you're not getting a name on a letterhead who shows up occasionally. You're getting someone who understands the trade from the ground up, has run sites for over 20 years, and treats your project like it's their own.

What that looks like in practice

I handle the scheduling, the sequencing, the subcontractors, and the day-to-day decisions that keep a build moving, so you're not stuck chasing people or untangling problems yourself. You can contract me to be a representative of the Main Contractor, The Owner or even a specialist Sub-contractor requiring expertise from a builders perspective.

Why it works

Most project management on a build comes with a layer of separation: a manager relaying information from a crew, translating problems, passing along updates secondhand. With BUILT, that layer doesn't exist. I'm across the detail because I'm the one dealing with it directly, which means faster decisions, fewer surprises, and a project that stays on track.
